Consumr Buzz agrees to provide Client with the Digital Marketing Services listed in the table below (hereinafter referred to as (“SERVICES”) as described in this agreement.
Consumr Buzz Services will include (but are not limited to): A customized Digital Marketing Strategy created by our team of industry experts. A dedicated Account manager will be assigned to the Client as a main point of contact throughout the partnership. The program starts off with an Onboarding call with the Client and the Account Manager to gather additional key business information, answer any initial questions and establish next steps. In addition to the dedicated Account Manager, the Client will also have a full team of Customer Support representatives available. The Services will include extensive industry research, competitor analysis, and ongoing consultative digital strategies utilizing cutting-edge technology. Local Directories services will include (but are not limited to): The ‘locality’ of a search is one of our primary focuses. Because there is a component of locality in over 80% of searches nowadays, we will optimize accordingly. We will ensure that your business is targeting clients that are looking for you in your area. Our experts will ensure your listings are accurate and up-to-date, and will utilize the most cutting edge techniques to get your listing to appear on the top of the results of citations and Publications. We ensure your company is placed on all the relevant online local business directories. We initially submit you to the most popular directories, and continue to place in more specific directories. Organic search results are those that are displayed “naturally”, independent of paid links and advertisements. The goal of organic growth is to have one’s local listing rank higher than the competitors search result pages. There are many factors that go into ranking high on search results. We will cover all of these, ensuring their search results will be strong and constantly improve.
The Build Out fee for Consumr Buzz to provide the service(s) is a one-time charge. The monthly recurring cost, which covers ongoing work for the Client, will automatically be deducted from your payment source account. This agreement is on 12-month term and will automatically renew unless Client specifies otherwise. All fees must be paid in accordance with our payment schedule. The Client is able to opt out of the program at any time without penalty. All fees are non-refundable. Any additional work or services outside of the agreed upon Services in the pricing table above are subject to an additional price quote. Your Account Manager will facilitate additional service agreements if added work is requested by the Client.
Client must acknowledge the following with respect to services: All fees are non-refundable. All fees, services, documents, recommendations, and reports are confidential. Cancellation of monthly website services, if applicable, will result in any live website being unpublished. Host-Only options are available at a discounted rate, please contact your Account Manager for pricing. Consumr Buzz has no control over the policies of search engines with respect to the type of sites and/or content that they accept now or in the future. Occasionally, search engines will drop listings for no apparent or predictable reason. Often, the listing will reappear without any additional Services. Should a listing be dropped during the Services and does not reappear within 30 days of campaign completion, Consumr buzz will re-optimize the page based on the current policies of the search engine in question. Client is allowing Consumr Buzz to send emails as well as appointment reminder text messages to their cellular device. Message and data rates may apply. Consumr Buzz is not responsible for the Client overwriting work done by Consumr Buzz.
Legal: Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be litigated or arbitrated in Florida, USA. This Agreement shall be governed in accordance with the laws of Florida, USA.
